The base is made from deep black denim, while the shoulder and chest sections, a back yoke and six rounded patches on the front are made from an artfully crumpled faux leather that conveys the look of fine, used nubuck leather. The sleeves are adorned with irregular mesh overlays that give the coat a bold look. Decorative straps with silver-coloured eyelets and buckles on the upper arms, a narrow stand-up collar and various eyelets and spiked rivets emphasise the masculine heavy metal vibes of the gothic coat.
