Gift Certificate Conditions

Our general terms and conditions and data protection regulations apply to the purchase of vouchers. In addition, the following voucher conditions apply:

1. object

The Boudoir Noir voucher can be used for purchases on our website www.boudoir-noir.de in accordance with these conditions.
The voucher will be sent to you in the form of a pdf by e-mail after receipt of payment.
You can pass the voucher on to third parties. In this case, you agree not to use the voucher code or to disclose it to third parties.

2. redeeming the voucher
The voucher can be used to purchase products at www.boudoir-noir.de The voucher value will be credited to the invoice amount. If the value of the purchase exceeds the credit of the voucher, the difference must be paid via another payment method.

Restrictions:
2.1 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further vouchers.
2.2 Vouchers may not be paid out in cash, transferred against value or offset against outstanding claims. A resale of vouchers is also not permitted.
2.3 Only one voucher can be selected and used per order transaction. A combination of several vouchers is not possible.

3. remaining credit balance
If the voucher value exceeds the invoice amount, any remaining credit remains and can be used by entering the voucher code again.
A cash payment of the ( remaining ) value of the voucher is excluded.

4. validity period
Vouchers must be redeemed no later than the end of the third year following the date on which the voucher code was submitted; thereafter they shall cease to be valid, including any unused portions.

5. liability
You undertake to keep the voucher code secret and to communicate it only to the person to whom you wish to give the voucher. We assume no liability for the loss, theft or misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher code.

6. revocation (cancellation)
6.1 A cancellation of voucher orders (revocation of a voucher order) can only be made by us if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
6.2 In the case of a complete cancellation, return of the goods, goodwill vouchers will automatically be set up under the same conditions (value, minimum order value, expiration date or promotion reference). After deduction of the voucher value, any remaining refund amounts will be refunded to the bank or PayPal account used for the purchase. A cash payment is excluded.

7. misuse
In the event of fraud, attempted deception or suspicion of any other illegal activity in connection with a gift voucher purchase or redemption, we will be entitled to close the relevant customer accounts and/or request an alternative method of payment. There is no entitlement to activation or withdrawal of affected vouchers.
