I am not sure which size to order?
The sizes of our products vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Often you will find exact dimensions of the individual articles in the product description. Here you will find some useful information to ensure that everything runs smoothly when taking measurements.
Should you still be unsure, we look forward to hearing from you and will advise you personally, determine exact dimensions if necessary and coordinate them with you.
I need an item urgently - how quickly will it be shipped?
If the item is in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours. The stated delivery time comes about through the transport to you. Should it be extremely urgent, we have also set up the "express delivery" option for you. There are additional costs for express delivery, depending on the delivery address. Within Germany, it is possible to order from us on weekdays until 1 p.m. and have the goods delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri). You can find more information about express delivery here.
Can I not pay by credit card or direct debit?
You can also use our PayPal Plus service to pay by credit card and direct debit. Select the payment method "Paypal, credit card, direct debit". In the window that then opens, you can select the desired payment method. Even without a PayPal account or without opening a PayPal account you can pay conveniently by direct debit or credit card.
The article I ordered does not fit or I do not like it. What do I do now?
Send the goods back to us. On the back of your delivery note you will find a form for revocation or exchange of the ordered items. Then send the goods back to us. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will refund the purchase price or arrange for the desired exchange item to be shipped - depending on what you specify. Please make sure to frank your return. I found a great item, but it is not available in my size. What can I do?
Write us a short message. Some articles can be reordered from our suppliers. We would be happy to make a specific enquiry and let you know how long the delivery time would be.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping within Germany is free of charge. We usually ship from a value of 30,- Euro with DHL. If the value of goods is less than 30,- Euro with Hermes or Deutsche Post. If you would still like to have DHL as your transport company for an item with a value of less than 30,- Euro, we offer you this option for an extra charge of 2,95 Euro.
Shipping to all other EU countries costs 9,95 Euro (incl. VAT). For countries outside Europe you can find out which shipping costs apply to which country here.
Do you ship to countries outside Germany?
We ship to a large number of countries within and outside the EU. If your desired delivery area is not available, please send us a short email.
