Returning an item - here's how

If an item does not quite meet your expectations, you can simply return it to us without giving any reason.

Our practical checklist will show you step by step exactly how the return works:

Try the item(s) without haste

Avoid soiling the item(s).

4. Avoid traces of deodorant/make-up, cigarette smoke, animal hair or similar soiling.

DO NOT remove any labels or spare buttons and clasps before deciding to purchase.

5. DO NOT remove any labels, replacement buttons/clasps until you have decided not to return the item.

Pack your return well to avoid damage during transport.

6. Repack the item so that it cannot be damaged during transport. Remove all original shipping labels from the shipping carton (so that your return does not travel ‘in circles’).

Please frank your return sufficiently.

7. Send your return to us with sufficient postage.

We will charge you the shipping service provider's penalty postage for parcels with insufficient postage.

You will receive your refund after the return has been checked using the payment method you used to pay.

8. We will refund the purchase price of the returned items after we have received the goods and checked them. The purchase price will always be refunded using the payment method you selected for payment.
