Fanciful mystic gothic dress with whacky spine detail
Romantic and darkly mystical at the same time! The long Gothic Spine dress combines feminine delicate details with totally whacky and daring design elements. The dress, which reaches to the ankle in places, is made of two main materials. One is a silky, shiny, tattered faux leather with a grain similar to reptile skin and the other is a floral lace. The opaque faux snakeskin is used on the torso and sleeves, with the lace used specifically for the long tails on the slightly flared skirt section. A stand-up collar with black decorative buttons and a pendant that reaches into the large cut-out on the décolleté gives this gloomy dress its romantic character together with the slightly flared and pointed sleeves. The absolute highlight, however, is undoubtedly the back: a semi-transparent mesh insert runs along the wearer's spine, decorated with artfully intertwined black metal chain links that create the appearance of a spine. Lacings on the sides of the artificial spine ensure that the chain links stay in place and that the dress and spine fit perfectly. To make this jewel of a gothic dress easy to put on and take off, a concealed zip runs along the left shoulder.
