The skimpy top, which adorns more than it really dresses, is made of large lace ornaments and is trimmed all over with black sequins. To ensure that the body jewellery sits perfectly and stays where it should, the top rests loosely on the shoulders and the lace ornaments, which are identical at the front and back, are held in place by the fine tulle on which the vines and leaves are embroidered. The wide velvet ribbon can be fastened at the neck with a narrow satin ribbon and just above the belly button a few perky, fluffy soft ostrich feathers provide a finish in the look of a particularly noble tassel.
